1. RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

1. Research & Development
Developed bio-waste recycling system to turn organic wet municipal waste into renewable energy and organic fertilizer
Research Project in collaboration with Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, Malaysia
R&D Project:
R&D project to design, fabricate, construct and commission a pilot plant Bio-Waste Recycling System (BRS) to recycle wet municipal organic waste into clean heat energy and biogas.
Project partly funded by Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI).
The outputs of this Bio-Waste Recycling System (BRS) are:
* The novel biotechnology of bio-thermal water disassociation to produce biogas (syn gas) within minutes as an economical renewable energy source.
* The biogas (syn gas) produced from the pilot plant will operate a small genset to produce electricity for own internal consumption.
* The system produces economical clean heat energy of hot air temperature of 300 C to 500 C using air to air heat transfer system for practical heat drying application.
* The pilot plant produces clean organic ash (without foul smell) from the bio-waste recycling system within minutes as raw material to produce the bio-organic fertilizer.
